- Hoffman. Its shareware, but pretty cheap.

- It understands both LUT & truecolor modes, handles iff, jpeg, gif, and a
- bunch of other stuff, supports almost instantaneous image resizing and
- scrolling, and a bunch of other stuff. Not to mention that it'll show
- things in windows so you don't have to allocate a new screen all the
